Felix in Nonwovens Industry’s 2012 “Converters Calling” Review

In April 2012, Nonwovens Industry included Felix in "Converters calling", its review of companies offering converting services to the nonwovens industry.

The magazine described how the films and laminates we manufacture in Eskişehir, Turkey, are produced as roll goods and can be slit and rewound to each customer’s width, length and core size. It highlighted our porous hot-melt lamination technique, which uses hot melt and pressure to bond two or more substrates into custom composite fabrics, as well as micro-embossed film extrusion, two-colour flexographic printing, and hot-melt surface and extrusion coating. The article summed up Felix as a provider of "custom contract manufacturing and converting capabilities."

That contract focus continues today. Alongside our own spunbond, SMS and SSMMS fabrics (10-100 gsm), meltblown and breathable films, we offer contract and toll lamination using ultrasonic, hot-melt and calender bonding, so partners can combine their own materials into tailored composites.
