Bodygard Housewrap and Bodygard Roofing underlayment
Bodygard breathable housewrap and roofing underlayment: PP spunbond and microporous film membrane that keeps water out and lets vapour escape.
- Application
- Construction and insulation
Bodygard is a flexible, breathable membrane made by bonding PP spunbond nonwoven layers to a microporous film. It is used as roofing underlayment and housewrap.
Roofing underlayment
For pitched roofs and walls, including timber-frame structures. It can be used on warm and cold, supported and unsupported, ventilated and unventilated roofs. It is installed under the final roof covering to keep wind-driven rain, snow and dust out, while water vapour from inside can escape and condensation is reduced.
Housewrap
On walls, Bodygard acts as a water and air barrier behind the cladding. Its vapour-permeable structure lets moisture out of the wall, which helps protect the structure from rot and mould and supports energy efficiency.

- Breathable, with high water vapour permeability
