Ultra-fine filament spunbond
Filament fineness (denier per filament, dpf) has a strong effect on how the fabric performs. Our ultra-fine spunbond is made from 1.2 to 1.3 dpf filaments. Finer filaments give a softer hand, better coverage and uniformity at the same weight, and good MD and CD strength, so a lower weight can often replace a heavier standard grade.
Finishes
- Hydrophilic (absorbent) or repellent
