Contract lamination and contract manufacturing are the core strength of Felix Nonwovens. At our plant in Eskişehir OSB, Türkiye, we laminate your materials to your specification (toll lamination), or we produce the complete laminate for you, from our own spunbond, meltblown and films.
Lamination methods under one roof
- Hot-melt lamination: a hot glue layer bonds nonwoven to film. Used for our Biflex and Triplex drape fabrics and textile backsheet
- Ultrasonic lamination: bonds layers without adhesive, for example in our meltblown sorbents
- Calender lamination: thermal bonding between heated rolls
- Heat sealing
Because we run all four methods, we can match the bonding method to the materials and the end use.
What we can laminate
- Spunbond, SMS, SMMS and SSMMS nonwovens (10 to 100 g/m², production widths 160, 320, 400 and 540 cm, slit to your width)
- Meltblown (10 to 100 g/m², nano and ultra-nano grades), standalone or in SMS, SFS and SPMS composites
- Breathable film (12 to 20 g/m², white, blue or green, 160 cm) and barrier or micro-embossed films
- Your own materials, supplied by you for toll lamination
Two ways to work with us
- Toll lamination: you send the materials, we laminate them to your specification on our lines. We also carry out toll hot-melt lamination for major brands.
- Contract manufacturing: we source or produce the layers, laminate, slit and pack, and can convert into finished goods under your brand (private label).

Medical drape and gown laminates, hygiene backsheet, protective coverall fabric, breathable housewrap and roofing membranes, sorbent composites and car cover fabrics.
Quality
Felix is ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified, and CE, EUDAMED and FDA registered. OEKO-TEX certified. Our laboratory tests water column, strike-through, wetback and other physical properties.
